Refund, Repair And Exchange Procedure

  1. Submit a ticket explaining why you wish to return the product. Tell us as many details as you can.
  2. We will provide you with a RMA number for refund or an EMA # for repair and exchange.
  3. A RMA / EMA number is valid for one month only and may not be used at a later date.
  4. Send the product in its original box indicating the RMA/EMA number and your best contact information.
  5. Notice for clients outside the US: send the package by mail with a declared value of $0 (zero). This will avoid duty charges. We will not accept packages with duty charges.
  6. Ship to:

  7. For refund: once we receive your shipment we will issue the refund. We will also refund the shipping cost if the return is a result of our error, at our own discretion.

Warranty Coverage

We cover any defects except if:

  1. a modification has been made
  2. the reason for failure is recognized as spillage
  3. the product has been abused, i.e. cable damage, bent pins, missing keycaps, cracked housing due to being dropped or opened
